6A - Wang Jinghang
A Thank-you Letter

Dear Miss Lee,

How are you? Time flies! I have been a student in this school for almost three years and I am going to graduate in July.
In these valuable three years, I really have learnt a lot here. I am impressed by all my teachers’ passion in teaching and the warm learning atmosphere.
There are many people I would like to thank, especially you.

You are a helpful and responsible teacher. You always answer our questions when we didn’t understand. I still remember one day in October,
I would like to go to a secondary school which needed a letter of the principal. When I asked you for help, you did so.
You gave me the letter with a well-printed admission form a few days later.

Although I look forward to the school life at secondary school, I will miss you and my classmates after I graduate.
Perhaps I will come to visit you and other teachers in October. I will tell you my life at secondary school. Hope you have a joyful life all the time.

Happy teaching!
Best wishes,
Michael Wang

The Wrong Briefcase (Part 2)

After the hilarious robbery, the boss of the two robbers went bananas. ‘You fools! Why didn’t you check the briefcase when you took it?
’ he shouted at the two robbers angrily. Being frightened, the two robbers looked at the bald man’s terrifying face.
‘Now I’m ordering you to rob another bank. Get the money for me successfully!’

At the same time, at the police station, the police were studying two wanted posters. There were two photos which showed how the robbers look.

The next day, while one of the policemen was patrolling, he saw two men walking along the street. The two men looked like the two robbers
in the wanted posters. He immediately followed them and reported it to the other police through his walkie-talkie.

Two minutes later, he saw two masked men walk into First Bank. They were armed with pistols. They rushed into the bank and pointed their guns
at the people. Most of the people were frightened. Therefore, they squatted and hid behind the table. Then, the three robbers told one bank teller
to put all the money into their large black bag. Since that bank teller was scared, she followed the robbers’ order carefully.
Another staff was brave enough to move near the alarm and pressed it secretly. Immediately, the alarm loudly went off.

As soon as the police heard the alarm, they rushed into the bank and pointed their guns at the robbers. ‘Drop your weapons!’ the police yelled.
They subdued the robbers. The two robbers struggled with the police. However, it was in vain. They were handcuffed and were taken to the police station.
Now they are still in custody and are waiting to stand trial in court.
